AutoCash Platform for Car Listings and Car Financing Requests

  1. Platform Overview

    AutoCash is a digital platform operating within the Arab Republic of Egypt that allows users to list and discover cars and to submit car financing requests, in collaboration with car dealerships, individual sellers, licensed financing companies, banks and specialised service providers.

    AutoCash acts as a marketing and referral intermediary only. AutoCash does not grant financing, does not take credit decisions and is not a party to the sale of any vehicle.

    By using the platform, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.

  2. Eligibility

    To use the platform, the user must:

    • Be legally competent.
    • Provide accurate and complete information.
    • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.
    • For dealerships: hold a valid commercial register and tax card, which AutoCash may verify before listings are published.

  3. User Responsibility

    The user acknowledges and agrees that:

    • All submitted information is accurate and complete.
    • The user bears full responsibility for any incorrect or misleading information.
    • The platform shall not be liable for any misuse of the account.
    • The user shall indemnify AutoCash against any damages resulting from violations of these terms.

    AutoCash reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of violations.

  4. Acceptable Use

    Users shall not:

    • Upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
    • Use the platform for fraudulent purposes.
    • List vehicles they do not own or are not authorised to sell.
    • Use another person's identity or phone number.
    • Harass other users or staff.
    • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform's systems.

  5. Car Listings

    Sellers and dealerships acknowledge that:

    • They are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including price, condition, mileage, specifications and ownership documents.
    • AutoCash does not inspect vehicles unless the user orders an inspection service through the platform.
    • Any sale contract is concluded directly between the buyer and the seller or dealership.
    • AutoCash may remove any listing that violates these terms or applicable law.

  6. Financing Services

    AutoCash facilitates the submission of car financing requests to licensed financing institutions supervised by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA).

    The user acknowledges that:

    • Approval is subject to the credit policies of the financing entity.
    • The financing entity has the right to conduct credit checks.
    • Installment amounts shown in the app are indicative estimates; the final terms are set by the financing entity.
    • In case of delayed payment, the financing entity may report to relevant authorities and take legal action.
    • The user must notify the financing entity of any changes in personal data within 30 days.

  7. Fees, Subscriptions & Optional Services

    • Browsing cars and submitting financing requests is free of charge for buyers.
    • Dealership subscriptions, promotion packages and optional services are charged at the prices shown before purchase, exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
    • Optional services such as vehicle inspection and history checks are provided by independent partners, who are responsible for their reports.
    • AutoCash may receive a commission from financing institutions for financing contracts concluded through the platform.

  8. Data Privacy

    AutoCash is committed to protecting user data in accordance with applicable Egyptian laws, including the Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

    The user consents to:

    • Sharing necessary data with financing institutions, only after the user's explicit consent for each financing request.
    • Sharing contact details with the dealership selling a car, only if the user agrees to it.
    • Disclosure of data to regulatory authorities when required by law.

    AutoCash does not request copies of ID cards or bank statements through the platform. The user may withdraw a request and revoke consent at any time, and personal data on closed requests is anonymised after 12 months.

  9. Limitation of Liability

    AutoCash shall not be liable for:

    • Credit decisions made by financing institutions.
    • The condition, specifications or legal status of vehicles listed by sellers or dealerships.
    • Transactions conducted outside the official platform.
    • Damages resulting from user misuse.

  10. Amendments

    AutoCash reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and will notify users of material changes through the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications.

  11. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Egyptian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
